Alex and his French wife, Caroline, were invited by the oldest Protestant church in Paris to help out with their growth in 2007. The church has expanded from 30 to 300 in the last 7 years. 

Alex was appointed as the student pastor for the Paris region Reformed Church, setting up Youth church, running university student work and establishing home groups. He has also set up a major website, Theospace, which will help people publish and find sermons, books, articles and other theological material in French.
